"Very noisy. Overlooking busy street with seemingly no noise insulation whatsoever."

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. Although they have no parking there was plenty of free parking close by. The internet simply doesn't work. Don't count on using it on the room. You have to go to the lobby for it. The location is close enough that we walked to Ortigia and also to the archeological site. Not the prettiest site but had a good breakfast. There was a smell on the corridor/room that could be a mix of smoke or mold (couldn't identify it) but it wasn't that bad. Overall...

"Unique cinema, restaurant, and hotel! Great food and nice staff."

"Super friendly staff! The location is great - just 3 min walk to the nearest beach."

"Very old fashioned, poor shower,no coat hangers in wardrobe and no drawers. Hard bed, basic breakfast.Good location and quiet in hotel."

"Hotel is clean and updated in the old city. Location is conveniently located to sites, restaurants, and shopping, The street entrance is on a narrow side street which you can have a taxi take you to the property. But it is very secure, safe and quiet with a nice breakfast buffet."

A tarde, novamente ninguém para fazer o meu check-in.

"The place was full of interesting antiquities which created a feeling of having gone back in time. Our room showed some wear and tear which detracted from our experience. The bathroom needs some attention as the bottom of the door shows wear and possible water damage and is awkwardly placed making the bathroom challenging to use. The tile and base of shower door look like they need a good scrub. The doors to the little kitchenette sticks to the floor and the area seemed like it also needed a...

"Panoramic room was only if you stand up on the terrace. No window in room. Very little room. Toilets not flushing properly . We had to flush 2-3 time just to get paper down. At times had to use water from the sink to flush. Felt closed in with room. Only way to see out of room was up stairs to a terrace, and a sky light. Felt a little uneasy walking around at night, although we had no problem, Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good,"

"All good. Fantastic breakfast."

"Clean room -helpful staff-"

Mancano i dispenser saponi in camera."

"Clean room with friendly staff that assisted with an issue."

"The location is perfect, and the host, Fransisco, is very helpful. However, the main problem we had was the street noise. To us, the windows provided no soundproofing at all, and the noise continued until 2–3 a.m. For people who have difficulty sleeping, this may not be a suitable place to stay."

"Annalisa was wonderful. She allowed us to get in early and even saved a spot for us to park. Amazing. The room was clean and cozy. A little small but for the one night it was perfect. The location could not be better. One block from the Main Street that is 1 min walking. I definitely recommend it and would stay there again."
