"Accepted clean hotel. Very bad breakfast with no food &very poor quality.the elevator is not working & no pellman after 8 oclock which so annoying with no elevator the hotel is near to metro &train station about 10 ms walk & near to commercials & fatican"

"Great location, helpful staff, good breakfast!"

"Clean, convenient hotel close to Termini terminal. Beautiful breakfast room! Good espresso. Simple, but sufficient breakfast. Because I had to very early in morning, I was given a bagged breakfast for second day. Very friendly, helpful staff."

"Great time for our final night in Rome. My only complaint was the shower was very small and had a draining issue which hopefully has been addressed."

"Excellent hotel just off the top of the Spanish steps. Complimentary breakfast served daily with both hot and cold options. Staff was helpful when needed, and gifted us a bottle of sparkling wine for our Honeymoon. Room had a private balcony that was nice and had a decent view. I Would gladly return to this hotel."

"Posto curato, ottima accoglienza , vicinissimo alla stazione centrale."

"Fabulous location, right in the heart of the historic center with dining options everywhere. Great breakfast buffet."

Our room was on the 1st floor, very small in everything- the safe is just for wallets/cellphone stuffs, tv was 20inch @ 7ft high!-can't see much if you're not 20/20 & English channels were MTV(old) + 2! The room is old, furniture & walls were feeling off and the bathroom is tiny, shower glass door is flimsy, stall is about 2x3ft, you literally bumped on walls. The sink is so...
