"The air conditioner was so loud we had to move to a different room - didn't have new towels or bathroom amenities (wasn't even asked) over a 4 night stay. very disappointed for what we paid. Staff was not friendly. Will not stay there again and definitely won't recommend the facility."

"This was a quick one night stay. The rooms were decent, but dated. No elevator, so luggage has to be brought up and down. Breakfast was simple as just grab and go, which was actually perfect for our timeline."

Cons: no place to hang towels in rooms; no help with luggage; parking garage does not accommodate roof racks; no free wifi; not enough outlets in room; ice/beverage station out of items (like cups and no cups in rooms) all floors. Overpriced considering these basic omits."

When we returned, it was over 85 in our room. We called maintenance, however they could not assist with our AC as they do not have any help after hours, could not offer us another room because it "wasn't clean"and could not even offer us a fan. We were stuck in a room that was about 90 degrees"
