"Hotel Is acceptable but very old. Found an open pringles tube when I arrived and there was no availabile EV charging point unlike what's mentioned on the Expedia page. Also breakfast is very poor despite being very expensive."
"Clean room, door to bathroom difficult to open. Bed was hard. Breakfast ok. Staff helpful. Didn’t get to use the Spa as we arrived late and left early, already booked up!

Unico punto di miglioramento potrebbe essere l'orario di chiusura di bar e reception la sera, alle 20 per essere agosto è un po' troppo presto, per chi resta in hotel non c'è più nulla, neanche nelle vicinanze, per prendere una consumazione, per esempio. Per il resto eccellente."
"Tipica struttura di località sciistica degli anni 70, senza ascensori. È comunque molto pulita e il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione standard per un tre stelle, con torte fatte in casa, salumi e formaggi molto buoni. In sintesi, un buon hotel per un weekend."
"I was charged at checkout for breakfast which had already been paid for at booking through Expedia. When I queried this I was told I was wrong so I paid in cash. I have since followed this up with Expedia who are unable to get a refund from the property because I don't have a credit card statement as proof. It wouldn't be so bad if the breakfast was good, it certainly wasn't worth 14 euros. I feel like I've been scammed."

"Wow what a place ! Amazing venue very clean and the staff are so helpful. Very quirky having to take 4 elevators to your room but all part of the charm. Room was spacious, clean and had everything needed, breakfast had a great selection with hot croissants. Definitely recommend"
