"Not too happy about this accommodation. The check-in staff seemed to have an attitude and did appear very friendly. One of them even asked me to go back out to the entrance and close the main door after us. We were juggling 9 suitcases and had left the door open, but isn’t that their job? The room had an old charm but our bathroom was extremely small and had a broken shower. This was a last minute booking that turned out to be expensive considering the value of the place. I will steer clear on...
"hôtel que j'ai trouvé mieux que certains commentaires,
salle de bain entièrement neuve et tout est propre,
petit déjeuner excellent pour Rome car en général on ne sert que des produit sous vide et là il y a beau de choix et frais
c'est vrai que au biveau de l'entretien il pourrait faire un effort, certain mini travaux serait bénéfique mais je pense qu'il sont en cour car ma salle de bain était fraichement effectuer
position stratégique ,métro et bus qui va directement au centre...
"I find it impossible to leave a good review after this hotel totally ignored a problem we had.
We needed a taxi to the ship port and it was arranged. However we were never told that we needed to pay in cash. In fact we should NOT have to pay cash as they have the ability to take credit cards.
We were also told to never pay more than the price posted.
So when we got to the port the driver got very angey when we said we didn’t have cash. We were berated and overcharged by about 30 euro.

"Pros:
- Front desk staff were nice and polite.
- Good air conditioning
Cons:
- The property, and especially the rooms and bathrooms, need renovation. The shower area is too dark!
- Lack of hand soap (tiny shampoos were provided instead).
- The ladies behind the counter at Figo Restaurant could have been nicer!"
"Very nice and helpful staff and very clean room. Stayed one night. Lots of walkable dining and more. Enjoyed our stay. Small but cozy. Wouldn't mind staying here again."
"The property is not surrounded by tourists so you will experience life with typical Roman people. The staff were helpful in directing me when I wanted to see historical sites, which I did every day. There are excellent restaurants close by. The staff are kind and professional, and the breakfast plentiful and varied."
"Very far out of Rome and if you arrive late you will receive no help. The bathroom was good but the paint on the room walls was scraped and not in the best shape."
"The owner is so kind and knowledgeable. He sat down and helped us get directions to the subway and gave detailed instructions on how it works. Hotel set up transportation to the airport. Love your dog."
"Struttura molto funzionale, camera piccola ma nuova con bollitore , tv e mini frigo
Molti spazi all esterno con sedie tavolini e ombrelloni dove poter volendo lavorare
Bar dove si può gustare un ottimo caffè ! E servizio cena a la carta , con specialità romane ad un prezzo veramente conveniente ! Personale super gentile
Tornerò sicuramente 😊"
"It was a horrible experience since our first night.
Our room was one of their outdated ones - that wasn’t the issue. The AC made a horrible noise throughout the whole night, it caused headache. The shower was missing a door and it caused water spillage. The main light and fan didn’t work.
After two nights we were moved rooms per my request and the AC did not work at all - it was fixed on our fourth night. As it’s convenient to the train station - not worth the room"
