"The price and the condition of the hotel doesnt match. Really need a major renovation. Asking for a king bed but end up being sent to two single bed. Didnt notify upfront. Furthermore i was there the whole time while waiting for check in at 3 pm but the guy at the front counter didnt tell me upfront that i have to give a deposit of Rm 100 in cash. The walkway was dirty and filthy. I can get a better place if im at the other place. Not recommended"
"There is a Aeon Mall & Supermarket in 5 mins walking distance; that is the best point of the hotel. Limited hotel car park hence I have to park outside hotel which is chargeable.

"I recently stayed at Regalodge hotel for my first time in Ipoh. The first impression is the hotel has the old-school feeling of hotels were back like 30 years ago. The staff were friendly and helpful, when my phone was stuffing up, they recommended me to take it to a phone repair shop if it stopped working. "Swimming pool was closed without inform us, the owner only let me know after I checked in. My daughter felt very upset because she couldn't use the pool and why I needed to pay more for the pool. Owner doesn't know to communicate with me through Expedia's platform, very inefficient. I won't be use this property again."
