"Great staff, very friendly and helpful, great location yet quiet on an upper floor. Heater worked fine, everything fine in room except the shower could not maintain hot water for more than 15-20 seconds at a time, so showers were a bit of a struggle cycling through hot water then suffering cold water and waiting for hot water again. I took 8 showers so time of day did not seem to matter. Shower had a door though so that was good. Reception not on ground level but I liked not having 2...

"Every thing was very good. Staff member was excellent"

"Good property to stay for peaceful surroundings and having choice of venues to dine in.Staff friendly and helpful.Only negative was we had an upstairs room and my wife and I both have bad osteoarthritis in our knees and hips.I did ask staff if we could change to a ground floor room but the property was fully booked. In future when booking I need to request for a ground floor room."

"I suppose you pay for what you get. The location was amazing, in the middle of Melbourne and convenient to everything. The staff were very helpful. Sheets and towels were clean. The building, reception, entrance and room very old and tired. Bathroom was clean and bed comfortable. But. "Staff were excellent on check-in and kindly gave me an upgrade from a single bed room to a double, which was mmuch appreciated. The room was clean and everything worked fine. Thank you!"

On Saturday night there is a night club close to the hotel and I literally felt like I was in the club myself. It was very very loud and very hard to get some sleep. Other...

"Great location, staff & breakfast"

"Great location, parking right outside our door, spacious and comfortable rooms. Only issue was the noise level of other patrons but being the weekend that's not unexpected and not the hotels fault! All-in-all a pleasant stay. Thank-you:)"
