"It’s unfortunate because it looks like this property has a lot of potential . For the last three days of my trip, the pool was broken and it was nearly 40° C in the middle of summer. You would think that the hotel would offer some sort of shuttle to the natural springs which is about a 10 minute drive away from the hotel or some sort of reimbursement, but they did not acknowledge this problem whatsoever. They left me to find ways to cool down myself in the 40°C heat. Mind you that the air...

"Pool closed - no warning. Only reason we booked. Bed uncomfortable and awful towels. Book elsewhere if you are considering this!"

"We spent three lovely nights at Hotel La Villa. The hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. There are also many amenities around such as cafes, and groceries. There is also free parking across the road from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you"
