Upon arrival late around 845/9pm we were greeted with cheerful help after a long car ride. The cleaning service is out sourced and have a lack of communication with staff took over 2 hrs to get in room after check in time because of cleaning not being done. Was put in a room that computer said was ours then next day was locked out of room after going to get breakfast and do a little shopping. Had to switch rooms because the computer system messed it...

"The entire place is super run down. The staff said it was remodeled to a margaritaville in 2019 but it is dirty and old and smells like a wet dog. The parking situation is a nightmare. The whole place is up and down hills and no place to park to unload your bags. They have all these fast golf carts driven by kids zooming everywhere. Once we got to the room after parking half a mile away the room smelled so bad. It smelled like mold, wet dog and smoking. The floor was separating from the walls...
