"We selected this hotel last minute after having a really horrible experience elsewhere. The Hyatt was immaculate in the rooms and outside of the rooms. The staff was lovely and extremely helpful. The neighborhood was good as well and there were no concerns regarding the area. The location was close to main highways as well as several restaurants and shopping centers. I was fortunate to deal with the manger Patricia who allowed us to check in early since we had to leave where we initially booked...
