"Very helpful staff and so friendly. Found us a room with aircon -much appreciated during the heatwave. Room had everything you needed. Breakfast was reasonably priced and great."
"Staff were nice and welcoming and the room ideal for what we needed as a family……only problem was a smell of drains coming from the bathroom, mentioned it to the staff in the morning they said they would look into it……if it wasn’t for the smell it would of been a 4 star review."
"It was a good size family room and ensuite. The parking was ideal as free when you put registration into an app in the pub.
A little away from the centre of town, but a little land train was a fun way to get to the pier.
Really worked well having the Hungry Horse pub, good choice of food for us and the kids and Blue light discount. Friendly bar staff and good service."
"From the minute we turned up the staff were exemplary. Helpful amd cheerful they made the stay netter than ever.
The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and the in room.amenities plentiful, and decent.
The food was outstanding and the breakfast was hot, tasty and lots of it. We liked it that much, we stayed longer. Well worth a stay over, you wont be disappointed!"
"We enjoyed our stay. Staff were polite and helpful and took great care of me regarding my allergies giving me a relaxing stay with no need to worry about my allergies. Breakfast was very good and the full english breakfast was well cooked and tasty. The beds were comfortable and the coffee and tea with kettle in the room were good.
Only negative was lack of storage or place to put our cases as the room was quite compact."

The lido is a fair size with sunloungers
Apart from the lido n afew kids activities during the day there is literally nothing to do they do have nightly entertainment n bar/restaurant on site

"Booked last second , payed for the room , arrived at the accomodation to find it was closed for business , closure notice on the ebtranxe door no longer operating , although they are still taking bookings and payments , had to stay at premiere at more cost to me"
