The AC in the second room leaked on a Sunday. We spoke to the property ownership and a repairman came in in about a half an hour to fix the problem. It was handled cleanly and efficiently. The property description said there were shuttles to a variety of places including beaches, shopping malls, etc., but when we got there and inquired about them, we were told that there were no shuttles. We did not rent a car, and we chose this property, in part, because of the shuttles that were advertised. "This suite was perfect for kosher travelers. It had a kitchenette with a sink and fridge. Outside it has a communal gas grill. The local market has OU products. The Chabad of Aruba is around the corner with daily minyanim. There are 7 suites surrounding a salt water pool that was usually empty and very refreshing.
