"The hotel was very convenient to the Cardiff airport by a short taxi ride. Although old, it is well maintained. Dinner was excellent in the hotel restaurant. Everything was very clean and all the staff are very helpful and friendly."

"Everything was great, friendly staff and everything maintained to a high standard. The breakfast was great and in a lovely setting. The only issue I had was I couldn’t connect to the WIFI when I needed to as the code wasn’t in the visitor guide. It simply said speak to a member of staff if you are having trouble, but it was too late for that and unfortunately this is a far greater inconvenience that maybe it should be. But such is the world we live in. This is, however, surely a very simple fix....
