"We had a terrible stay. Checked in fine but then couldn’t get into our room. Went back to the lobby and no one was around. Waited a long time for someone to return. Gave us new keys and we tried again. Door stuck really bad. Had to force yourself into the room. The room itself was fine. We decided to shorten our stay there and the front desk clerk said they would approve the refund. It’s need 3 days and no word from the manager who was supposed to approve the refund. Will not stay there again."

"We had a room booked for April 10th. While boarding our flight, I received a call from the hotel informing me they could no longer honor our reservation due to a “water leak.” When I asked whether any other rooms were available on the property, I was told none were. When I asked for help securing a room at another hotel, I was told they could not provide any assistance. We booked another hotel nearby at a higher price. As we drove past the original property, the parking lot was full and several large tour buses were parked outside, suggesting the hotel was operating normally despite the explanation we were given. Do not book here if you expect your reservation to be honored."

"Rooms were clean and the staff was very nice at check in and out. Breakfast was the usual for a hotel. Parking was great. We didn’t use the pool or gym but checked them both out and they were nice! The Mexican restaurant next door was also very good and within walking distance."
