"The tvs are terrible if you enjoy watching Netflix....kept getting kicked out of the app it was not enjoyable. Room service sucks they are always out of certain things....simple things. Might I add there is a supermarket next door....why are you guys always out of things. The air conditioning was horrible....it could barely cool the room....this was my last stay at this hotel"

"The hotel was great except for the room design. I traveled with one other person and had a room with one king bed. The trouble is that there was no privacy for the shower area (door opens directly into main area), and there are mirrors everywhere. If you want privacy from traveling companions in the shower / toilet area, you might want to research the room designs more carefully when making your reservation. Also, our room was close to the elevators, which we heard chiming throughout the night....
