"This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The place is located in one of the most dangerous parts of Ecuador, surrounded by crime and complete neglect. The hotel itself looks abandoned — the building is falling apart, dirty, and feels more like a forgotten ruin than a place to stay.
The staff were shockingly rude and unprofessional. They simply ignored any requests or complaints and treated guests with disrespect. Many travelers, including myself, were forced to leave the hotel...

"el hotel para ingresar en la noche no tiene timbre y hay que llamarle a la dueña, es tenaz eso porque es una señora de la tercera edad. La presión de agua en la ducha es casi nula y la refrigeradora NO funciona porque esta super antigua. Hay aire solo en la habitación grande y en la otra te mueres del calor porque no hay ni ventilador. La dueña pone en la puerta perros a dormir y cuando llegas te llevas un susto terrible. No recomendaría ese lugar hasta que no limpien la entrada que esta...
"service was excellent, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, and the dining room staff was knowledgeable and very helpful, the pool was clean as was the complete complex. rooms are spacious and cleaning standards are high. For an Atacames stay I would recommend 100%."
