"J’ai séjourné deux nuits à Liège avec ma copine dans une chambre avec baignoire à jets et terrasse privée (du moins sur le papier). Les points positifs : • Le personnel est vraiment adorable, très à l’écoute, souriant et accueillant. • Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et varié, un vrai plaisir. • La baignoire à jets fonctionne bien, on en a bien profité malgré quelques soucis. • La télé avec services de streaming et l’enceinte fournie étaient un vrai plus. "Nice small hotel, friendly staff. Rooms are in good condition, likely renovated lately, only small minus comes from beds and pillows, not the best quality and pillows were so big and full, it was hard to use those. Good location in the middle of the lovely Spa. Would come again!"

"Overall understaffed. The food in the restaurant was not the best but good portions. Order-taking and service took long due to short staff. Walls were very thin and all of the doors closed with a large slam, making it very sleep-disruptive in the morning and night. The shower door of my room was broken. The reception staff was friendly and sincere but there is only so much one person can pull. Needs more staff. "
