Great quiet spot to base out of if you are traveling around Alentejo.
The town is very cute and there are lots of beaches in each town around the alqueva. It is worth driving around for a day to see all the small villages. There are some great food options around town as well.
I did not eat breakfast here but they do have a Continental breakfast area."

After that all was good, clean efficient 2 rooms and living room, kitchen with all that was required. Espresso machine!!
Laundry a bonus! But not the most efficient dryer. Drying takes a minimum of 2.5 hours.
Parking annoying as not on site or close (residents only) so very 4 hr by the meter.

"Wonderfully unique and comfortable cottage in the old city. Beautifully furnished, lovely courtyard, and perfect location for exploring the city. Plenty of room for our family of five. Even though the weather was very hot, the cottage was cool and comfortable. Responsive and friendly host gave us great dining recommendations. Only wish we could stay longer. Really wonderful."
