"Nous sommes venu pour la première fois en 2016. Très bon souvenir nous avons voulu renouveler l’expérience 10 ans plus tard mais avec nos enfants. Quelle déception. Chambre assez vétuste, flacons dans la salle de bain vide. Qui ont été changés à notre demande. Serviette de douche trouée je m’en suis aperçue le soir en me douchant je n’ai donc pas demandé son changement évidemment. La piscine extérieure est très froide ainsi que le jacuzzi, notre chambre donnant directement dessus on s’est...
"The room was not clean and there was garbage from the previous guests. Shower as mold outside and inside the cabin. The room was never cleaned the 5 days I was there, only the garbage was taken out. There were hair everywhere, curly hair in the bathroom.... I don't have curly hair. I do not recommend this hotel, is dated and filthy. The pictures do not correspond with the actual rooms and the garden is not as shown in the pictures. Very disappointed that the room was so filthy."
"The girls who checked us in were super nice but I was so shocked by the behaviour of the person who was responsible for the breakfast. When she showed up to take away the breakfast, she didn’t have the manner and service-mind to ask us if there was anything we wanted to take before she took everything, even though we were sitting and eating. At every hotel, that’s a courtesy. We were the only ones there so it was not like she had to tell that to too many people. That behaviour just turned us off...

"Our room was on the top floor with a wonderful view of Main Street with the hills behind. It was great to have the little coffee shop in the courtyard to buy coffee and croissant for breakfast. Although no parking at the hotel there were several free car parks very nearby so this wasn’t a problem."
