"everything clean and helpful staff. The room safe didn't work, but I didn't complain about it as I'm sure they would of sorted it. The bedroom window was locked it would of been nice to be able to open it for fresh air"
"The hotel did not have a microwave available to the guests. Nor did it have any form of refrigeration. You had to ask for ice and they gave you a glass of Ice. The staff was pleasant but they had zero flexibility and were not interested in how their guests felt ! I would probably never go back. However if this the type of room that works for you. "The reception area was staffed 24/7. All staff were helpful especially our luggage were lost in the airport. Breakfast was great & great price too. Walking distance from the church, shops & restaurants. Can recommend this place to friends who will visit Fatima, Portugal."
"Our stay in this hotel is wonderful except we were briefed on our arrival that breakfast is served on the ground floor, we went to join breakfast to find out our room number was not in the lists , it was very humiliating to be told that"
"This hotel was exactly what I needed: affordable, well located, and better quality than the price suggests. Being a short walk from the bus station made arriving and leaving easy, with no taxis or hauling luggage across town.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a good bed, reliable hot water and gios wi-fi. Recommended"
"Hotel muito bem localizado. Equipe atenciosa e prestativa. Excelente estacionamento.
"The hotel is well- located, the staff was very friendly!
The carpet is very old, the water in the sink don’t drain quickly, the mattress are very soft so you don’t get a good nights sleep."
