"The staff of this hotel is amazing, you couldn’t ask for anything better informed personable therefore you all the time the location is incredible. Close to the beach extremely clean. I wouldn’t change a thing perfect for a vacation in Sicily."
"We spent 6 nights at Hotel Bel 3 and it was amazing. The staff were so nice, we had a city view /pool view room and it was beautiful!! The rooms were so pretty and clean! We had breakfast every morning and it was delicious. They had the same menu every day but it was really good. The restaurant on the property had some of the best dinner we’ve had. We have no complaints about this hotel at all. I am pleased that I booked with them. We had our son with us and from other reviews we did go ahead...
"Hotel was rated as a 4 star but I would remove 1 star. Hotel would need a major update on all the rooms and pool. Hotel shuttle breaking down causing a great inconvenience to the guests. Machinery in dining room not working leaving all the guests with no coffee at breakfast."

"Staff were lovely but the room was very dirty (hairs everywhere in the bathroom and the bedroom itself with dirt marks on the wall by the bin). The shower head holder was broken both in terms of height and direction, it totally fell down so you had to hold it yourself to take a shower and the cold tap stays lukewarm at all times.
Aircon worked and it was not noisy at all on a Saturday night which was great and the location was fantastic. Appreciate this hotel is a bit of a cheap and cheerful...
