"Recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Toledo. The bar and bar staff were great food and an excellent selection of beverages. The overall location was decent with easy access to multiple places around town. Check-in was a bit different than expected, with only one person working the desk and no luggage carts available to take bags to the room, so it definitely seemed short-staffed. Overall though, it was still a decent stay and we enjoyed our visit."

"Clean room for the most part. Pool area was dirty. The restaurant was closed so they gave us access to the Delta Pantry at no charge. It was never restocked, all that was available was coffee and nutra grain bars."

"When I arrived, there was staff sleeping on the chairs in the lobby. I told him nap time was over cause I was checking in. I asked to get a room, not near the elevator which then she put me right near the elevator. The hotel needs to be updated. The room’s kind of felt sticky not clean. The pool was closed down."

"I paid for the breakfast through Expedia. It did not get transmitted over to the Marriott. They honored it and gave me my breakfast. I’m grateful for that and happy because the customer should never have to pay double because the third-party agreement got messed up. And that’s how you keep a customer happy it sounds like tradition."
