"Great place on the Cornwall/Devon border, equidistant from the stuff you can do in the Southwest. The food they serve is great, as is the staff I interacted with. An EV charger in the same parking area is very helpful, as well. I was surprised that my single room didn't have a TV. The water pressure and heat when trying to shower were never consistent (but usually okay). While not a comment about this hotel, know that this area doesn't have much for stuff to do. "Good central location. Clean property. Easy check-in. Only downside was the bed and mattress - very very soft mattress and only ok bedding."

"The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff were helpful and on hand with any queries we had. Breakfast is better to be pre-booked and was very generous. We enjoyed our stay - thank you! Oh and the prices of the drinks in the pub were excellent!"
