"I only stayed one night, but my room appeared old, tired, and in need of renovation.
Staff were helpful and breakfast was okay.
I didnt get chance to try other facilities.
I would say its quite expensive for the quality of the room."

"Excellent 2 night stay in this hotel i upgraded to comfort room fridge and kettle. Room was on the front very littke noise and the bed was soooo comfy. My only little moan was the kettle was a modern water boiler and we didn't seem to manage to get a hot drink. Would definately stay again right near railway station"

Zeer praktische kamer : proper en zodanig opgevat dat ze zeer makkelijk te onderhouden is.
Het personeel aan de balie deed wat van hen kan verlangd worden, maar zonder veel enthousiasme.
Rond 21 uur kwamen wij in de bar , we dronken nog een (gratis) koffie en we vonden het best gezellig, zodat we ons nog een pintje bestelden."
"Review for an overnight stay booked shortly before arriving in Aachen. Travelling by car the sat nav picked the sister Art Hotel Superior instead! Not unusual. The correct Comfort hotel is not far from it. Not very clear from the road, sits behind a car wash!
That said, check in was straightforward, friendly and efficient. The room was OK, bathroom/shower very clean. Liked the in-room safe, shame no tea/coffee machine. Small balcony. Bad weather meant we did not try to get into the city centre...
