"Absolutely beautiful suite and view! The beds were comfortable and the linens were excellent quality. Large deck with comfy seating to enjoy the view. Spacious and clean, we really loved the suite. We rented a car so the location worked well for us. It was quiet and tranquil. We really appreciated being able to do laundry. The pool wasnt too busy so we were able to get lounge chairs. The temperature of the pool was perfect. Unfortunately, there were discarded cigarette butts on the ground in a...

"BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY - WILL MOST DEFINATELY BE STAYING HERE AGIN"

"Everything the description states is inaccurate. The Host was not available at any time, it plain as day states to contact host for gate code and I notified 24hrs before, I called at 1pm the next day, no response, I called at 3pm and texted that i would arrive at house by 5pm like check in states with no response, I stopped for lunch and my new arrival was at 6pm, which is the time I arrived at the house, I called several times to host for gate code, and no success again, It was frustrating I...

"I love the location. The check in was very nice and the staff were all very friendly. I stayed in a one bedroom unit. It’s like a bungalow - very cute. The bathroom has a pedestal sink, it needs a shelf or something to store toiletries. Although very comfortable and everything worked well, it needs some upgrades and refreshing. It has a full kitchen but no dishwasher."

"The unit was nice and clean and in a great area to use for a base while visiting key west. Unfortunately our AC went out for 2.5 days of our 4 days. it took us forever to get in contact with anyone...24/7 service my butt. We spent most of the first night trying to get a hold of someone locally to let them know what was happening. We were able to talk to someone through the 800 number buy they were unable to help us out and wouldnt give us contact info for the local after hours department. No one...

"This was the worst stay we have had in years, washer was broken price was upwards of 2 thousand and the hole had 1998 ceiling fans, ac and furniture, neighbors kept us up till 2am. Downstairs toilet was clogged and back doors didn't even shut all the way. This place is no way ready to rent out. Carpet was filthy, I can go on and on. DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"They did not have a room for me when i arrived. Said there was nothing they could do. I was left stranded and ended up paying twice the price for a worst room which was all I could find."
