"The Hyatt Place in Phoenix AZ was nothing but perfect for my daughter and I, from the moment we checked in all staff in the front were very welcoming. The cleanliness all around the hotel and leading up to the room was superb. The bed sheets and pillows had a crisp fresh sent to them and the room also had extra clean sheets and pillows inside a secure bag. A nice size steamer was also in the room super easy to use. Bathroom was also nice and clean. Hotel has a microwave in the lobby available...
