"The room feel neglected, staff is non cooperative except room service boys.
Booked a room with one double bed and single bed, but they provided worst room they have.
Recommend not to stay there."

"The only issues which could need looking into are:
a. the washrooms in the old wing - could improve a little.
b. The approach roads are very inconvenient due to some work being undertaken about which the property can do very little except guiding the guests proactively."

"It was very conveient to be able to walk to the hotel from the train station on arrival. The staff were exceptionally friendly and service oriented. I was pleased with the size and cleaniless of the room. Glad there was extra blankets as Shimla does get cold. Mornings i enjoyed having the breakfast options, paratha and chai and scrambled eggs got me going for the day!"
