"Objective Facts: - On the first day of stay, the boat did not sail, and there was no refund. - On the second day of stay, We arrived at the accommodation, but it was very cold and the heater did not work. - Host tried to fix the heater, but The heater was not fixed and the host offered down-graded accommodation. There was no compensation for that. - It took about an 2 hours to fix the heater, so we missed dinner time. And host informed that the worker fixing the heater could come from Trapani...

"Un Albergo accogliente e molto ben gestito a 100mt dalla Piazza principale di Favignana. Cura ed attenzione al cliente. Colazione con prodotti di qualità. Abbiamo saputo che prossimamente l’Hotel si trasformerà, grazie ad una ristrutturazione comunque necessaria in Boutique Hotel e la gestione potrà’ quindi ancor meglio ‘coccolare’ gli ospiti offrendo un servizio ancor più elevato. In bocca al lupo! "
