"This resort is older and the rooms are dated and could use a refresh; however, they were clean and the bed was comfortable which is really all we expected since we didn't plan on being in the room the whole trip. We did the all-inclusive option which gives you access to two restaurants and two bars .... drinks were great and we found the food was very good overall. Those who enjoy this resort are the laid back type ... don't expect the Ritz or top tier furnishings and amenities. Bongolo Bay is...

"Stayed here after we flew in to St. Thomas in order to take the ferry to Tortola the next day. Staff was excellent, rooms were comfortable and had what we needed. We loved it. The views, morning coffee, location to town, and wish we would have stayed longer. Will stay again the next time we come to Charlotte Amalie"

"I was terribly ill beginning only the 2nd night of our stay. The staff was incredibly helpful with making sure I had anything I needed, including a personal ride to the medical center on the island. While I wasn't able to leave my room to explore on St. John, their hospitality and caring made my stay as pleasant as it could be. For that, I am so grateful. The room was very clean and very comfortable. I hope to visit again one day."
