"Our room was extremely cold for the first two days we were there at the end of October 2026. No heat at all. "The location is perfect as it is close to the train station and easy walking distance to all the main sites. The rooms were excellent and the breakfast was very good. The staff was easy to work with and very helpful."

"The hotel had an antique feel and was very clean and well kept. The staff were all friendly and helpful with directions, and the amenities and breakfast were excellent. Having wine and a light snack every evening was a delightful bonus. I highly recommend this hotel."

"I only stayed 1 night as my flight was at 6:30 the next morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful for my check in and held my luggage while I spent my last day in Florence. I was waiting for my taxi at 4am and the breakfast was getting baked and I was able to have a quick cappuccino and pain au chocolat. Clean, quiet and well priced. Thank you for the great but brief stay!"

"피렌체 역에서 도보로 1~2분 가까운 거리입니다. 일찍 도착했는데 방이 준비 되었다며 무료로 얼리 체크인을 해줬습니다. 유튜브 시청 가능했으며 아침 뷔페도 만족합니다. 다시 방문 할 의향 충분히 있습니다."
