"The hotel was below average for what I expected and especially at the price! The reviews seemed good when I checked it out. The hotel is clean. The staff were very unhelpful and seemed under trained things were not explained well and also no parking available, when I booked it said parking available.
Best thing is the location however it is noisey as there is a famous pub opposite. Our room was directly next to the main elevator so constant noise and voices directly outside the door. Also there...

"Staying in a converted castle was cool but pay attention to the pics and make sure you are into that vibe. Everything is made out of cheap plywood and nothing is comfortable. The bed wasn’t comfortable either. Even the chairs in the rooftop bar are horrible wooden uncomfortable chairs. We had the split room with the two levels and it was super tight in there. The sink and mirror are outside the bathroom so not very private if you’re traveling with friends instead of family.

"Hôtel situé à côté du quai du rosaire. Un des lieux les plus photographié de Bruges. À 5 minutes à pied du Grotr markt. Chambre spacieuse, très propre. Excellent petit déjeuner. Personnel très courtois qui s’expriment en néerlandais ou anglais et en français. Pour s’y rendre de la gare, il y a des bus avec un arrêt à proximité. Très pratique."
