"Key problems were that hotel wasn’t in the town advertised (it was in Ramgarh and not Fatehpur as advertised) and nor was the room we were allocated anywhere near the size or standard of the one advertised. "THE HOTEL WAS FILTHY DIRTY. WE WERE SHOWN 4 BEDROOMS AND HOTEL WAS EMPTY THERE WAS NO HOT WATER THEY BOILED WATER AND GAVE US IN BUCKETS. THANK GOD WE ONLY STAYED 1 NIGHT AND DIDN'T INCLUDE THE BREAKFAST. THE HOTEL HAS LOVELY DESIGN AND HAS LOTS OF HISTORY SHAME THE OWNER IS NOT BOTHERED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN."

"The room is clean and staffs are so friendly. Unfortunately I had a pleblem that hot water didn't come from the shower but they had tried to fix it hardly. At that night they prepared for a bucket of hot water. Finally it could be fixed in the morning."
