"This hotel is half renovated. 1st and 2nd floors are fully renovated and great. 3rd, 4th & 5th floors the rooms are renovated but the hallways have terribly old carpets & it is dark. Make sure to get the rooms with the view and avoid the fifth floor. The staff only understand Turkish, but the are very freindly, if you can somehow get them to understand what you want.
