"A charming little pub with rooms. Overall the pub is well kept but the rooms could definetly use some tlc. Our room had a big damp spot on the roof and the curtain rod was hanging of the windowseal .. lamps were dusty as were the bedside tables. But other than a few cosmetic issues it was an okay stay for the price!"

"I have mixed feelings about this place. I booked our room according to the photos shown on Expedia but when we arrived we have got a completely different kind of room. Next morning i have asked if any chance to give a room i have seen on the booking platform and they have granted us a better room but the bed was so old and it was so loud with every turn or little movement. "The property is mixed bunkhouse and other room types. We booked the suite which was very roomy and comfortable. The vibe is very relaxed with a bit of a backpacker feeling. There is a friendly bar and the breakfast was a combo of self serve and custom breakfast. Staff were super friendly and accompanied. It is close to lots of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would go back."

"Excellent welcome, superb rooms with nice little touches. Very clean and comfortable rooms.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had to leave early in the morning so they arranged for bacon butties to be ready for us.
Although we could not sit and enjoy the full breakfast experience, the menu was extensive and looked amazing."
