"Our stay at the hotel was very nice, room was comfortable and the staff extremely pleasant. we did make a comment re our evening meal but hear no more about it (lasagne was dry) i have attempted to make contact with the hotel by phone since our stay on the 14th February but no one seems to pick up phone calls. my query is regarding the addition of VAT added to our bill food and drinks. i did not see any evidence of VAT included or to be added to our bill. my hotel receipt shows at the foot of...

"We were initially taken aback by the steep, and narrow hill on which the B&B is situated. Parking was limited, so we ended up in a car park in town. After dragging our luggage up to the residence, we were out of breath. Inside, more steps up to the room. And, oh, what a room. Not large, but lovingly kitted out with Victoria-era style fittings. The pillows are a tad thick and firm. Hard to on the neck. We slept nine hours! Breakfast is a to-go bag in a tiny in-Rom fridge. Bananas, granola bars,...

"Grande chambre avec vue sur le lac. Proximité directe du ferry qui permet de traverser le lac (gratuit pour les piétons). Pas de service de restauration lors de notre séjour, mais de quoi petit-déjeuner dans le réfrigérateur (2 muffins, 2 yaourt, jus d'orange + lait) ce qui est très appréciable."

"The room was better than we expected for the price. Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom and shower and amazing view from the window. The only slight negatives were that the room wasn't as warm as we would have liked (the radiator didn't get very hot and the heat wasn't uniform across the radiator so possibly needing bled?) and the carpet could have been vacuumed more thoroughly. But we had a great, though short, stay and would definitely recommend Dalrigh House to others."
