"The pool is very refreshing, the staff are nice and the a/c in the rooms are efficient. However... Despite boasting of having free and reliable wifi - it was not reliable and did not work from our room for the entire trip. We also had to request for our room to be cleaned and came back to no replacement towels, mats or wash cloths. The sheets are also very thin so walk with warm clothes or put the a/c temp. higher. It also gots $3 PER ITEM to do laundry so keep that in mind as well."

"The staff member who was at work at 1am when we arrived was great, there was a mix up with the key for our room, he quickly had another staff member arrive and get us into our room and we were tucked into our super comfy beds not too long after arriving. Our kitchen tap had a bit of a leak and the had a plumber come in to fix it without hesitation. The pool was lovely and clean.
