"Location: Great! About a 15-minute walk from the charming downtown of Bressanone and a short drive from some of the most scenic areas of the Dolomites (e.g. Val di Funes).
Staff: Superb! Highly professional and courteous. Sasha, the bartender, deserves particular mention--extremely attentive, generous, and accommodating.
Hotel amenities: Excellent. Use of the hotels bicycles--for free--was a particular pleasure. Breakfast on the outdoor patio was very pleasant.

"We had an amazing time here. We had booked 2 nights at very short notice (8pm in fact due to having to leave our original hotel), and when we arrived the staff were working hard to get our room ready to go (great job too!). We were also given a free room upgrade which was amazing.
This hotel has a real warm and cosy feel to it. The amenities are brilliant; especially the indoor whirlpool and relaxation area - top quality. The staff were extremely friendly and quite clearly love working...
