"The location in the old town is the best part of this hotel. The room was very small with no storage space (had to walk around our suitcases) to get around. The shower was miniature with curtain on two sides. The breakfast had very small selection of food. The lady serving the breakfast cafe was very nice, as were the front desk. Unfortunately, the neighboring business was reconstructing and there was lots of noise during the day. However, the evenings were quiet from the construction and...

"All staff was super friendly. Room spacious and with good amenities. Close to all main attractions by foot. Classic style and with good personality. They give a pass for public transportation which was a plus and saved us money. Breakfast not included, but there are so many great options in the city for a quick bite. We check out and went to the city for the day and they kept our luggage for free. Nice and quiet location. I recommend Hotel Royal Luzern to everyone. Just to mention that is uphill...

But the view wasn’t important to us. If you want a central location for sleeping and showering, it’s perfect. "
