"After we checked into our room on Friday night, we unpacked our belongings and put everything away. After using the restroom, we discovered that the commode would not stop running. My husband went down to the front desk, and asked them to send the maintenance man up to our room to fix the toilet, and they indicated that he was gone for the night, but, that they would have someone come to fix it the next morning. They did give us an option to move to another room, but, we declined that option...

"Hotel and room were clean and comfortable. There are lots of humming noises from the HVAC which may affect sensitive sleepers, but I got used to it pretty quick. Breakfast was solid and the parking was easy. Conveniently located to get to just about anywhere we needed in Memphis and was even within walking distance of Beale St. I'd stay here again."

"Shuttle lady went above and beyond. Led us to a gas station for rental car fill up and on to the airport. So helpful. Room was fine, clean. No WiFi in room or in lobby."

"It was a nice and clean room. The hotel staff were nice and the whole environment was great."

"After staying at some questionable hotels recently I was so pleasantly impressed with Fairfield in Arlington. Breakfast had good offerings and the room was very comfortable and roomy."

"A walk to Beale street..."

"Clean rooms, the staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to friends and family."

"Very clean and updated. It is right across the street from St Francis hospital so super convenient if you’re coming from out of town for surgery. Bed was very comfortable as well. Staff is friendly. Would stay again."
