"Loved the location and set up of the room"

"Paid for double delux, nonrefundable 3 months in advinece.. Arrived to a very small depressing, no adequate light room. Immediately changed 1st nite. Had to change again 2nsd day and again 3rd day. On 4th day I recvd room I paid for and requested. I knew this room bc I was there in 2025. Bc I needed to be present at 1200 to see the room, I lost my opportunity/tickets to visit places I waited a year to see. They were day trips. This was a 7 day booking. "The room and bed were pretty good and close to terminal 1 but that was about it. There was no towels in room. Nophone to call reception. So I went down and they promised to get me towels before I got back from my meeting but still no towels. Had to go down again. This time they just gave me them up take up! "الفندق جيد لانه بمركز المدينة وقريب من الشاطئ الجميل وايضا قريب جدا من متاجر ومطاعم عربية وحلال، بالاضافة لقربه من وسائل النقل المتنوعة وهو نظيف وبه مكيف وبراد صغير والتعامل ممتاز جدا والواي فاي ممتاز. المشكلة الوحيدة هي صغر الغرفة وخاصة الحمام ضيق جدا نسبيا رغم انه يحتوي على كل ما يلزم"
