"Petit hôtel très calme,très bon petit déjeuner Se situe près du centre"

"The staff were excellent and really helpful and kind. The room was spacious and bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was tired with a loose toilet seat and towel rail and the light was a tad temperamental. I think it would be beneficial for there to be an additional coffee machine or access to a kettle within the rooms, as the queue for coffee was substantial at breakfast time. Overall I would return to this property as we really enjoyed he location, the atmosphere and the friendly staff."

"The stairs in the room to access the three beds were too steep and slippery. There was blood on the bannister - so clearly someone has had an accident there! Hotel was close to the city centre, about 10 mins walk. Underground car park nearby for 17 euros all day."

"Top 👍"

"الغرفة جميلة ونظيفة ولها تكييف ممتاز والأثاث جيد ونظيف والموقع رائع جدا قريب من وسط المدينة دقيقتان سيرًا على الأقدام أنصح بهذا الفندق والإفطار متواضع لكن لا يوجد به مصعد "

"Very good position for the visit of the city"

"We liked the fact you could get free hot drinks, but our room was cold, the sofa was very uncomfortable and there was only one english channel on the TV. Also we had dinner and the food was awful neither my son or myself were able to eat our meals. We paid for breakfast and that was very poor also selection was limited and what was there of the hot food was dry and cold."

"Second trip to Bruges. We would spend the extra money for a better hotel (four days). Photos are inconsistent with the hotel itself. The staff was not responsive and/or curt and not easily seen or available. The hotel maintenance was not good - rusty areas and bathtub with non-functioning plug. When we checked out and offered helpful feedback, we were treated in a dismissive manner. Love the city and will return but not to this hotel."

"Gewoon goed niks op aan te merken"

"hôtel très bien proximité plage et parking gratuir"

"This hotel is in a lovely location right in the middle of the older part of the city, right on a canal, in a building that is a couple hundred years old, This has pluses and minuses. On the plus side, you are right in the old part of town, close to the sights and museums and in the thick of things. On the minus side, the nearest parking is 200m away and separately paid for, there are always crowds outside, and the building has some quirks, like squeaky floors & door hardware and there is no...

"Overall, the hotel is great; the staff are friendly, the continental breakfast was good with many choices, there was secure Ironman storage for bikes and other baggage, and the location was not far from 'green' lower cost parking. The bathroom extractor fan did not work but this did not impact on the really hood shower."

"Family of 4 staying in one of the Suites. Lots of space, clean and tidy. The children really enjoyed the amount of space they had compared to some of the commerial hotel rooms. Parking was great and only a 10 minute drive to the city."
