"The property is unique stairs are narrow but there is a lift. Breakfasts are good but what a performance to pay for them.Breakfasts should be included in price like most establishments.Nice touch to offer a free drink in exchange for not servicing room."
"A quaint old fashioned inn. Amenities a bit dated but all functioning. Bath with jets was a plus. Loved the provision of bottled water and little biscuits. Breakfast was a lovely continental affair. Only downside was the winding staircases that made taking luggage up and down difficult."
"Lovely old pub off the main road. Staff are helpful, they serve a good pint and the breakfast was first rate. Negative points - the mattress on the king-size bed is too soft and no brewed coffee in the morning. I would stay there again."

"Very friendly staff all round .The hotel needs a bit updating stairs to room ,we stayed in Apple blossom room which was spacious with a large bathroom .Mini fridge in room with fresh milk nice touch .The room was comfortable in the heatwave ,with a fan included . Felt the detail of cleaning could of been better ( big cobweb under window and handbasin cracked and behind the taps could of done with a clean ) The setting and surroundings really make this hotel a good find .Breakfast served by...
"The beautiful setting and views of the river Severn were wonderful. The staff were always extremely helpful and welcoming. The bedroom was very comfortable and clean. The breakfasts and evening meals were of very good quality. It was our first visit to Shropshire and we would certainly come back to the Riverside Inn which was perfectly situated for day trips to Shrewsbury, Ironbridge and David Austin Roses, among other places."
"The accommodation was small and with our room being on the road facing side, it was very noisy. It was a bed for the nights we stayed as we didn’t spend much time in room as visiting family. The breakfast was excellent."
"Bed was super comfortable and the rom clean, however, second year in a row I have stayed here and on both occasions there have been problems with the showers. I think there needs to be serious maintenance carried out in the showers. Drains not working, taps not turning off properly. My room, this time was next to a staff only room and at 3:30 am I heard doors opening and closing for the net hour or so, not sure if they were early workers or late night staff."
