"I had an accesable room which was brilliant. Everything was to hand and it was so comfortable and cosy as well as being very clean. The wet room made such a difference and was very large. I loved being able to open the windows. The views were amazing and I was able to sit on a bench and watch the Tweed roll by. A visit to Dryburgh Abbey was lovely with lots of seating areas. The staff were wonderful and anything I asked for was never a problem. The food was wonderfull too."
"The property was handily placed adjacent to a petrol station and right next to the A1 BUT at no time was there any fuel smell or any noise from both it and the busy main road! "Really nice 3 star close to Lindisfarne. Perfect for judging the crossing times to the island and close enough by car to Berwick upon Tweed for a great choice of restaurants. Banburgh Castle is also close-by."

"This was an ex hotel/pub which provides entry via a code system which requires you to be able to messsge etc beforehand. When finally you do get in you're presented with a mothballed bar and then have to find your way from there. Breakfast, which I avoided, was a selection of biscuits and chocolate bars on a tiny tray. I won't be back. If you're okay with this sort of approach you might be okay with it, but it could never be called good. Look around, there's other, better places out...

Very clean, lovely bathroom and comfy bed.
Just the pillows that I didn’t get on with.
Breakfast was great, plenty of choice both hot and cold.
On two of our three evenings we ate in the inn and the food was great, cannot fault any of it.
Lovely, friendly staff.
Great position for travelling to all the sights in Northumberland.
