"The Aurora mountain chalet was fitted out to a very high standard. It had everything required for a relaxing vacation. The views were amazing and the location in the village of Kaprun was very quiet and peaceful. The cycle path was only a few meters away and a short ride or walk straight to the cable car and restaurants. "1- hotel was not clean and full of bugs and spiders. It was in yhe ceiling (photo attached) 2- No wifi given 3- no tv was at the room although it says in the hooking that there is a tv. 4- towels are so old and could not even use them! Photo attached. 5- i supposed to have connecting rooms with 2 king beds. I ended up in 2 rooms one with king and the second with 2 bunk beds. Also the door between the connecting room was squeaky.
