"The staff at the resort are fabulous. Very personable and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The food was fresh and delicious and the breakfast choice was very generous and also freshly cooked. Certainly the best resort on the island from what we experienced. "

"The triple room we booked was big and very cute. I loved it but our toilet was plugged on arrival. They did not have a plunger so we had to move rooms up a flight of stairs to two double rooms. I had asked at booking which floor the triple room was on as I wanted a main floor but now we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs, and our group was separated. "This was a great place to stay with clean cabins, comfortable beds, nice rooms and a delicious breakfast. Prices were reasonable and the gardens are beautiful. We used them for several trips/tours including Emerald Cave. It’s easy to get a taxi to town too. Would definitely stay again."
"The hotel has a beautiful midcentury design, kind staff, and an excellent restaurant serving southern Thai food. Most of the hotel’s guests are Thai, so the food is up to local standards. Great base for exploring Trang."
"Bra frukost som väljs ur meny. Väldigt bra snorkling direkt från hotellet. Lite ont om stolar vid stranden då det är hög beläggning. Vi har bott i båda ändar av den långa stranden men föredrar helt klart Thapwarin, om man föedrar lugnet! Kommer vi till Koh Ngai igen kommer vi bo här."
"Aldrig varit med om trevligare personal. Mycket lugnt och skönt boende och hyr man moppe så är det inga problem att ta sig runt då det inte finns så mycket i närheten. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta."
