"Easy hotel for a pre- or post-flight stay. Shuttle to and from airport helpful for flights and also to catch Keisei skyliner into Tokyo. West wing seemed much more updated compared to east wing. Despite being a bit dated, hotel is clean and fine for a short stay. Beds were quite soft, so this was our only major area for improvement. Also, just be aware there are no dining or shopping options nearby; thank goodness there is a 24h Family Mart inside the hotel - with our late 830pm flight...

"Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room (15th floor) was clean and quiet. Perfect for walking to the railway stations, Omotesando Street and the shrine. Could hear the trains, but they were just a murmur. Would recommend. "

"The room and bed are really comfortable. The staff were most accommodating and friendly, and the location was close to the train station—about 5 minutes walk. I really liked that there is a 24 hr konbini store closeby to buy snacks and drinks. Overall, I had a wonderful and relaxing stay"
