"3 night stay July 2026. My gf and trained in to Venice. Hotel is a 3 minute walk from train station and 1 minute walk to shops and restaurants! This hotel is not modern but SOOOOOO cozy and authentic. The staff was incredibly friendly! Highly recommend!!!"

"Please, please do not stay at this hotel! It is a complete bait and switch. The photos on the website are beautiful; however, the reality it is a huge, costly disappointment. The hotel is run down, old and the first room smelled moldy. The bathroom tiles were covered with mildew"
"Room was unique Venice deco and clean. Beds were satisfactory for the 1 night stay. Breakfast included was nice for coffee and continental. Server worked hard, and managed a smile, even while dealing with rude guests.
Location was good. Price was fair. If ever to travel to Venice again, for a short stay, I would look at this place again."

"Great location, close to the Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge, lovely rooms, the only downside is there is no lift. A bit of a challenge dragging suitcases to the third floor. If i missed this in the listing when i booked then that's on me."
"The location of the hotel is the best it is just across the bridge from the trine station. The staff are the friendliest hotel staff I have ever seen. They welcomed us and answered all of our questions, they asked us if we were comfortable and if we want anything. I highly recommend this hotel. "
