"La struttura sembra una struttura rimasta inutilizzata per anni e che è stata riaperta da poco.
In piscina l’acqua era così torbida che non si vedeva il fondo, tutto sembra lasciato andare e soprattutto è tutto sporco, dai cuscini della reception, ai bagni delle camere, ai corridoi, ai tavoli del ristorante.
Per fortuna, almeno le lenzuola erano pulite e i materassi abbastanza comodi e per dormirci solo una notte, prima di prendere il volo di rientro, ce la siamo fatta andare bene.

"We were initially a little disappointed by the location of the hotel - which is on a main road and about ten minutes walk from the beach. There were other cheaper hotels closer to the beach which we hadn't found on the internet (but most of them didn't serve alcohol) - indeed we suspect we paid about double what we would have paid if we had booked locally for this hotel. However the hotel staff were great and we ended up having a really enjoyable few days - staff were very friendly and helpful....
"Very quiet relaxing stay just what we wanted. We went full board the food was great beautifully presented. Great menu choice. Staff were very helpful note they dont speak much English so just used a translated. Hint take a kettle for your room for an easy coffee"
"Magnifique villa, personnel très gentil et super réactif. Nous sommes plutôt satisfait de notre séjour. Les seuls bémols étaient une odeur d’égouts parfois forte dans les chambres et le bruit du voisinage notamment pendant les fêtes de mariage car les chambres sont mal isolées."
"Clean and nice hotel. About twenty minutes from Kuta beach. You have everything g you need for a quiet stay at the hotel. Beach pool volleyball and the rooms are clean and quiet ! It does take about 45 minutes to airport and the road is a little off the beaten path but you will love it once you’re there "
"Les draps étaient très fin et le drap recouvrant le matelas était troué, la salle de bain étais sale le toilette coulait, les serviettes de toilettes etais taché avec des trous énorme. n’était pas propre et aucune commodité, le frigo ne fonctionnait pas et avait plein d’eau dedans de plus il dégager une odeur nauséabonde. J’ai fait plus d’une 20 eme d’hôtel en Indonésie pendant ce voyage et celui ci est de loin le pire. Car meme pour le prix bas j’ai eu beaucoup mieux dans d’autres hôtel"
"Lovely stay at Lavella Villas with a nice breakfast including coffee or tea and fruit. The lady on reception was always helpful. Recommend staying at Lavella Villas. To improve further, suggest an insect mess on the bathroom window to prevent mosquitos and avoid having to keep the bathroom door closed which would help with ventilation noting evidence of mould on the bathroom roof (unit 5)."
"The accommodation was alot more run down than the listing images suggest. The fake grass roofs were needing some work and really messy, there were cracks in the sinks and mould in the sink and shower. Our spa was missing a tile too.
There is also construction of a hotel opposite, so our breakfast view was of a work site.
It was a 10min drive to town, and Kuta does not have Grab or Gojek, so we had to call a private driver each time. The drivers were really lovely but popping into town wasn't...
