"We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Great view and it comes with Publix hot spring both indoor and outdoor which is big plus for me. Room is a bit small compare to regular US hotel. But it doesn’t matter to me. Also the staff are nice and friendly."

"Everything is good!"

"We enjoyed the stay very much. The room is smartly designed. The bedding is comfortable. The view of the harbor is an added bonus. The breakfast has incredible selection of food from Japanese to western."

"It was okay. Few stains on the blanket. Older building. Beds were comfy."

"It was such a lovely stay with excellent food options, both at the hotel buffet and near the hotel. The employees were also very professional and welcoming to us. Would book here if I have the chance to come back to Hakodate!"

"예전 리뉴얼 전의 리뷰 평점이 낮아서 다른 호텔보다 평점이 낮지만 현재 가성비는 괜찮음.다만 편의시설이 조금 불편함.근처에 큰 마트가 있어서 장보거나 간식거리,도시락 사기 좋음."

"とても良かったです。"

"Convenient location to the station and morning market. The hotel and staff are great but the beds are horrible."

"まあまあ"

"Free soft serve ice cream and wonderful breakfast buffet with rice and fresh fish. Rooms were very spacious for Japan and comfortable. Staff very helpful and nice lounge area to relax in. A little far away from the train station but can get there with a 20 minute bus ride."

"Very close to station, market and restaurants"

"函館駅からは少々遠い感はありますが、価格が安く設備も十分で満足でした。"
