"不衛生な宿です。鳩の糞や何年前の人の垢なのか蓄積していて気持ち悪かったです。しかもイラン人をスタッフに雇っていて気性が荒くとても怖かったです。何故、今敢えて雇っているのかとても不思議です。 二度と泊まりません。"

Nous devions rester 2 nuits, nous en avons fait qu'une seule seule ... la literie dure comme du béton, impossible de dormir, et une propreté qui laisse à désirer. No obstante, el servicio de atención al cliente de hoteles.com me resolvió el problema buscandome otro hotel y se hizo cargo de los sobre costes ocasionados. Encantado con el soporte tan profesional y eficiente recibido. Ojala pudiera decir lo mismo del hotel en cuestion. Espero...
